Night Nine…Easy Egg Casserole

I went to the store yesterday, and Jimmy Dean sausage was on sale.  I decided to pick some up for a bit of a different meat selection.  Breakfast sounded great tonight, so that’s what we did. 🙂  I used this recipe.


I added some green bell pepper for extra flavor.  We had toast with grape jelly on the side.


All in all, this was a great, easy change-up.  We’ll definitely have this again!  You can even make this the night before, and refrigerate it until the next morning and cook it for breakfast/brunch.  Great for company!
