Night Thirty Four…Vegetable Soup

Anyone can come up with their own kind of soup. All you have to have is a base (broth) and then you can just start adding to it.

Tonight was vegetable soup. I just used different veggies we had stocked up on, and it turned out well.

Ingredients:

32 oz Broth
1 Cup Sliced Carrots
1 Can of Corn
1 Can of Peas
1/2 Bag of Frozen Green Beans

2 Cans Diced tomatoes
1 Small onion, diced
Garlic Salt, to taste
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Oregano

Mix all ingredients together in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-45 minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top for some extra flavor.
